USE CASES / MARKETING

The part of marketing nobody enjoys, done before the standup.

Contact lists cleaned and enriched before a campaign goes out, replies sorted and handed to the right person, the numbers from five platforms in one honest table every Monday, cost per lead, not clicks. It prepares the list and reads the results. It never sends a campaign or spends a euro.

WHAT IT TAKES OVER

Five jobs around a campaign that are not the campaign.

What each one takes a marketer today, and what is left of it afterwards. The last one is the reason the Monday report is usually a week old.

WHAT REACHES YOU

Two things a week. Both about money you were about to spend badly.

2 180 contacts were cleaned and 96 replies sorted last week without anyone opening a spreadsheet. You heard about a campaign paying twice as much per lead as the one next to it, and about a reply from a real buyer that had been sitting in the campaign inbox since Tuesday. The second one is why this desk exists.

A question waits. Pausing a campaign, or moving budget, is the marketer’s call, not the agent’s.
A report does not. The list is already clean, the Monday table is already on the desk, the hot reply is already in sales.

WHAT IT NEVER DOES

Prepares the list. Never presses send.

It never sends a campaign or spends a euro

Ad platforms and the mailing tool are connected to be read. Lists are prepared, drafts are prepared. Sending, launching and changing a budget are a person’s click, every time, with no exception in the plan.

It never mails someone who said no

Unsubscribes, bounces, and “please stop” replies are removed from every list before a person can even see it. Consent is checked against your record, not assumed. The list you get is the one you may legally use.

It never flatters the numbers

Cost per lead is spend divided by leads that reached the CRM, not clicks, not impressions, not what the platform calls a conversion. One definition, yours, used for every channel, every Monday.

WHAT IT COST, WHAT IT SAVED

One desk. One month. To the cent.

Every run is written down with its cost and the time a marketer would have needed. Including the one job on this desk that is not worth it yet, and what would fix it.

Enriching contacts from trade-fair business cards costs more than it saves. Every card is a different photo, so the agent reads each one at 0.42 € a minute. A scanner at the stand would make it a script. Either way, you saw it here first.

These are our own books first. That is where the numbers come from.

Name the spreadsheet your marketer rebuilds every Monday.

Your Marketing agent arrives set up for it. The first honest Monday table lands the week after you connect the platforms.
