ROI · ONLY HERE
Every job on the platform knows how many minutes it saves a person and what that person costs an hour. Every run writes down what it cost in tokens. So for every desk you see hours saved, euros saved, euros spent, and the net. When a job does not pay, you switch it off.

WHY NOBODY ELSE CAN SHOW YOU THIS
A token bill tells you what AI cost. It cannot tell you what it was worth, because it has no idea what a person costs you, or how long the job used to take. We ask for both, once, and the platform does the rest.
Each desk stands in for a role: accountant, dispatcher, salesperson. You give it that role’s hourly cost. Finance work is valued at your accountant’s rate, not a clerk’s and not an average.
When a job is mapped we time it with the person who does it today: 12 minutes to book a supplier invoice, 5 to match a payment. Every run saves exactly that many minutes, not a projection.
A script costs cents. An agent reading a page costs tokens. A chat with you costs both. Each run writes its own cost down as it finishes, so the net you see is the real one.
PER DESK, OVER TIME
The green line is what it saved you, the bars are what it spent, scheduled runs and conversations separately. Line above bars, it is earning. Bars above the line, it is not, and you can see the week it started.
WHEN IT DOES NOT PAY
Some jobs cost more in tokens than they save in minutes, usually because the input is messy: a photo instead of a form, an e-mail instead of a file. The report shows it in red, with the reason. You can fix the input, or you can flip the toggle.
WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM
We have run other companies’ back offices since 2015 and our own on this platform from day one. When agents started costing real money per run, we needed to know which of our forty-two jobs paid for themselves. Seven did not. They are off.
WHAT IT DOES NOT COUNT
The invoice paid twice, the IBAN that was changed, the customer who went bust with your quote open. Real money, not counted, because nobody can prove what would have happened.
Invoices out the same hour instead of next week, reminders on day one. It shows up in your bank, not in this report.
Every chat an agent has with you costs tokens and shows up as spend. A job that asks too often shows it, in red.
