The bank is connected to be read. It matches what came in, it never sends anything out. A payment is a person’s click, every time, with no exception in the plan.
A new IBAN on an old supplier is the oldest fraud there is. It is flagged and comes to you with the previous one next to it, never applied on its own.
It prepares the month sorted, with its questions. Your accountant still signs it. This replaces the pile, not the person responsible for it.
