PLATFORM / REPORTS & ANALYSIS

Reports nobody has to put together. Answers nobody has to wait for.

Say what you want to know and how often. From then on an agent goes into your systems, counts it the way your company agreed, and sends it: a push on Monday morning, or an answer the minute you ask.

THE OTHER HALF

Or you just ask, once, on a Tuesday.

A scheduled report answers the question somebody predicted. These come up once, because of something that just happened, and building a report for them would take longer than the answer is worth. Same agent, same systems, same definitions.

WHAT GETS REPORTED

Sales, money, cash, operations, and whatever else you keep.

Four that come up in almost every company. Not a catalogue: if somebody in your company could count it by hand, it can be counted every week instead.

HOW YOU KNOW IT IS RIGHT

Everybody has the number. Nobody has the same one.

Two people bring two figures to a meeting because they mean different things by the same word. So the words get written down once, you approve them, and every report after that uses them.

WHEN IT RUNS

On a clock, or when a number crosses a line.

Nobody needs a weekly message saying everything is fine. Everybody needs the one saying it is not.

THE LIMITS

What it will not answer.

It will not fill a gap with a guess

If half the orders have no region on them, the answer says so and tells you how many. It does not quietly average the rest and hand you a clean-looking figure.

It is not a forecast

It tells you what happened and what it looks like it is doing. What next quarter will be is a decision somebody makes, not a number that falls out of last year.

It does not replace your accountant’s reports

The statements your accountant signs stay where they are. This is for the questions between them, the ones nobody was going to build a report for.

Name the question you would ask every week if somebody did not have to spend a day on it.

Your Management agent arrives set up to answer it every Monday, by the next working day.
