WHAT GETS BUILT

The same thing, whatever the document is.

Nobody opens the template and types into it. Values are gathered from where they live, dropped into your file, and the result goes where it should.

HOW IT GETS BUILT

We do not touch your document. Only the gaps.

Every other tool asks you to rebuild the document in its own editor, and from that moment the file on your disk and the one that goes out are two different things. Here the file you send us stays the file we use.

You mark where the values go, or we do it with you once, on a call. Move a paragraph, swap the logo, edit the wording. As long as the placeholders stay, nothing breaks.
Numbers are never retyped. They come from the same systems as everything else, so a statement cannot disagree with your accounting. It was built from it.

THE 4 PLACES WE FILL · WHERE THE VALUE COMES FROM

1{ customer }from your CRM
2{ period }the month the run is for
3{ lines }from your tables, priced per customer
4{ total }added up, never retyped

Everything else stays yours. Letterhead, wording, footer: change them any time. As long as the 4 marks stay, nothing breaks.

WHO ACTUALLY FILLS IT

Most of it is not AI. That is the point.

A document is mostly fixed places with fixed sources, filled by plain code in under a second, at no AI cost. The agent only steps in where a rule would have to guess.

WHO FILLS WHATdecided in the plan
{ customer }plain codeCopied from the CRM record.
{ period }plain codeThe month the run is for.
{ lines }plain codeEvery item from your tables, priced at that customer’s rate.
{ total }plain codeAdded up. Not retyped.
{ note }the agentA one-line remark when something unusual happened that month.
12 of 14 places · plain code · 0.00 €
2 of 14 · the agent · a few cents

This is why a thousand documents do not cost a thousand times more. The expensive part is judgement, and most documents need none.

WHAT COMES OUT

In the format the other side expects.

A customer wants a PDF. An accountant wants the spreadsheet. Some office wants a form that has looked the same for twenty years.

DOCXWordYour letterhead, your styles, your footer. We fill placeholders. We do not redraw the document.
XLSXExcelSheets with formulas that still calculate afterwards, not a flat table pretending to be one.
PDFPDFFrom your template, or filled into an official form that has to look exactly the way it does.
CSVExportsFor the system on the other side that only takes a file, in the shape it expects.

A spreadsheet stays a spreadsheet. Formulas still calculate, the sheet still sorts, which is the whole reason they asked for Excel and not a PDF.

THE LIMITS

Three things it will not do with your documents.

It does not invent a number to fill a gap

If a value is missing, the document does not go out with a guess in it. It stops and tells you which field, for which customer.

It does not redesign your template

Nobody here decides your invoice would look better with a different heading. The layout is yours and stays exactly as you left it.

Two kinds of signature, never a pasted name

On site, the customer signs on the phone and that signature sits on the PDF with time and place. Where the law needs a qualified signature, the document goes through a signing service.

Name the document somebody fills in by hand every month.

Send us the template. Your Back office agent arrives set up to fill it, by the next working day.
